Summary
This week we will move from nonparametric to parametric inference. Specifically, in our first of two week discussing parametric inference, we will discuss how to create estimators for parameters.

After completing this week, you are expected to be able to:
- Create estimators for parameters using the method of moments.
- Create estimators for parameters using maximum likelihood estimation.
